Women in Exile is a refugee-led women’s group founded in 2002 who fight for the rights of refugee women. They provide mutual support, legal and health information, resources, and empowerment to those formerly and currently living within the Lager (camp) system in Germany. I have worked closely with them to create printed materials like flyers and brochures which are handed out at demonstrations, workshops, and directly to refugee women. I’ve also created graphics for sharing on social media which helped promote two separate fundraisers.
