My rate depends on the type of organization or company I am working with. If you receive sufficient funding, are profitable, or you are relatively privileged as an individual, group or company, I would request the upper end of the price range.

For example, I would charge a refugee women’s group 50 € per hour. A western person working in finance based in Europe I would charge 75 € per hour.

    • SMALL PACKAGE (700 – 1050 €)
      A fast, high-impact design update. You’ll get a rough visual concept for your homepage, a strategy call with me to uncover your site’s weak spots, and a handful of clear, actionable fixes—like improving load speed, cleaning up the hero image, or making your site more mobile-friendly. Ideal if you're not ready for a full redesign but want to look more polished right away.

    • MEDIUM PACKAGE (1200 – 1800 €)
      A focused redesign of your core pages, giving your site a fresh, cohesive look and better usability across devices. Includes a clean layout for home, about, and contact pages, plus a simple design system so future updates stay on-brand. Perfect if you’re ready to level up but don’t need all the bells and whistles.

    • LARGE PACKAGE (2000 – 3000 €)
      A full-scale design overhaul for organizations who want a site that looks great, works hard, and tells their story clearly. Includes a full suite of page designs (up to eight), donation and newsletter integration, and a complete design system handed off developer-ready.

    • SMALL PACKAGE (250 – 375 €)
      A custom logo to suit your needs. Includes 2-3 options and 2 rounds of revisions.

    • MEDIUM PACKAGE (600 – 900 €)
      Same as small package, but with a basic style guide and recommended fonts and graphic styles that can shape your brand direction in the future.

    • LARGE PACKAGE (1000 – 1500 €)
      At least 3 rounds of feedback with multiple options each round until we arrive at a solution you are happy with. Complete brand package including logo, color palette, typography, brand guidelines (for example, how to place the logo with other graphics, what kind of photography to use, etc), and collateral like a letterhead and business card if needed.

    • MULTI-PAGE BROCHURE, MAGAZINE, ETC. (Project base rate of 200 – 300 €)
      After the base rate, 50 to 75 per page. So, a 16 page brochure would be 1000 minimum. This includes setting up the book for print and collaborating with the printer. Each project is of course open to negotiation depending on the needs of the client.

    • BOOK COVER (700 – 1050 €)
      Includes design options, feedback rounds, and setting it up for print.

  • Between 50 € and 75 € per hour depending on organization size, stability, area of work, and funding. For example, I would charge a refugee women’s group 50/hour. A finance person based in Ireland I would charge 75/hour.

    Rush fee is 1.5 x normal price. That means less than one week notice before the design request - provided I am available!
